"The Land" Large cabin in the woods with WIFI

Cabin on 125 acres of woods. There is a lot of space with a full kitchen, main living area and a bonus room upstairs. We have a trail that takes you around the perimeter of the property, can be used for atvs, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing etc. Close to state land with many more miles of trails! There are plenty of small lakes around to fish. Pettibone lake is an all sports lake, with public access and within a mile from the cabin. Indoor pickleball court 4 miles away!

Little Cabin in the Woods

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained, hiker only, trail winds through the woods. Hosting only adults, this property was designed for romantic getaways. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan, where you can find a nice meal, hit the beach or catch the S.S. Badger!
