Work would occur roughly 8am–4/5pm and not every day. Cannot see it from the house.

Wireless internet is available and reaches the back yard. The 'cabin' has 2 bedrooms.

The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.

Bright and pleasant 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance, gas fireplace, enclosed porch and large kitchen. Spacious yard to enjoy with pool, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

It is the perfect spot in between multiple destinations such as Sebago lake, Conway, NH and Portland, ME. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, we offer comfortable beds, plenty of coffee and other amenities so you are sure to have a wonderful and relaxing time in our space.
