Csend, nyugalom, madárcsicsergés, balatoni panoráma. Mindentől messze és mégis közel a Balaton. A régi vincellérház a balatonszepezdi dombok lábánál található. 2019-ben lett teljes körűen felújítva, jól felszerelt konyha, panorámás terasz, nappali, étkező, fürdő, WC, és tetőtéri háló várja a nálunk pihenni vágyókat. There are many outstanding wineries and restaurants closeby, at the same time the area is most suitable for excursions through fields & forests as well. And the lake is only 5 minutes away!

Cheerful fully renovated 3 bedroom house

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!

There are fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, heating, hairdresser, iron, closed parking place, blowing machine, garden furnitures, barbecue facility . coffee ,tea, jams -naturist beach 500m from the house -there is a free beach nearby the house,very simple, but 2 minutes on foot :)
