Nearby is the train station, baw station. Our free beach was renovated in 2019, about 5-6 minutes on foot, with waterfall blocks, a playground, a volleyball court. Parton solar screen protects the blading trivia. The abc is 400m and the bike path is about 30m from the house. You can also rent 5 bikes! There is a observation deck on 1.5 km of Löszfal, from which Lake Balaton is beautiful and we can provide to Tihany. There are plenty of great restaurants next to the beach and in the village, 600-800 m away. I wait for everyone with love.

Quiet, tranquility, birds chirping, Balaton panorama. Far from everything and yet close to Lake Balaton. The old cellar house is located at the foot of the Balatonszepez hills. In 2019, it was fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen, panoramic terrace, living room, dining room, bath, toilet, and rooftop bedroom for those who want to relax. On the ground floor is a single sofa bed, a double bed upstairs, and a comfortable double sofa bed await you. We also provide a crib and additional accessories upon request.

The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 additional guesthouses host. The house has its own garden, terraces and an oven suitable for barbecue. In this little cottage near Lake Balaton, you can relax, cycle, swim in the lake, explore Budapest (an hour's drive or 90 minutes by train) or just explore the surroundings. In 10 minutes' walk you can reach one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Hungary: the high beach. The big Balaton bike path also passes here. Cafes and restaurants are always nearby... Hen and stag parties and loud parties are not allowed in the apartment.

Csendes, nyugodt környezetben található az ikerház fél, amit lépcsőn lehet megközelíteni az utcáról. A ház alapfelszereltségű, egyszerű - a jó levegő, igazi balatoni hangulat adott. A nappaliba érkezünk a teraszról belépve. Innen nyílik közvetlenül az egyik háló.
