Our modern log cabin has stunning views of Frenchmen Bay in a very private, serene location. With 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms & one large loft) /2 baths it is the perfect spot for a family or two to enjoy. Whether you enjoy sipping coffee on the deck, sitting by the ocean, or exploring the tide pools by the shore, there are many areas to enjoy. In Nov 2021- the cabin had full bathroom renovations & all new decor. New kitchen appliances were added in '25. Our other property is Bar Harbor Cedar Chalet.

Imagine starting your day hearing the bell buoy near the famed Ocean Path of Acadia National Park. You decide to walk or bike from your house to watch the sunrise light up Otter Cliffs and Monument Cove. You have the place mainly to yourself, and the seagulls. You walk a little further to see what action might be happening at Thunderhole. From there you see that Sand Beach isn't much further, and you realize that you chose a home base as close to the Park as it gets. A rare location, indeed.

It is 1 mile from the carriage roads and hikes in the park. Follow the road to the Jordan Pond House, a famous restaurant serving tea and popovers overlooking Jordan Pond. It is a 15 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. It is the ideal spot to enjoy all of Mount Desert Island.
