Studio with terrace and garden

Air-conditioned studio on the ground floor with private entrance and terrace, recently renovated and newly equipped. It is located on a gated property comprising three dwellings guarded by our dog Phoebe, overflowing with love. Ideally located in the center of the island in Baie Mahault, between Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre, close to all amenities and entertainment, this elegant accommodation is however quiet, on the edge of the countryside. Linens and towels are provided.

This spacious accommodation in a residential area on the second floor of a residence offers a relaxing stay to all audiences, holidays, professional, and others except people with reduced mobility due to a few steps to climb, not far from the shops, the large shopping mall of Destreland is 5 minutes away, the airport 15 minutes, the nearest beach 20 minutes located in the center between Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre.
