This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)

Located in a traditional Swedish country-side setting 8 km from Umeå city centre is this modern non-smoking cabin. A fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom inc washing-machine, and parking next to the house. Wonderful nature trails and fantastic scenery with the Ume river valley a short walk from the house. This is the perfect spot for those who wants to combine nature and city life experience. Towels and sheets are provided. Two bicycles are available for our guests.

Ett centralt beläget rum med egen ingång och toalett. I lägenheten finns en 140cm bred säng. En rymlig garderob, kylskåp, micro och vattenkokare. Gångavstånd in till centrum, livsmedelsaffärer, kollektivtrafik och ett stenkast från älven och vår fantastiska strandpromenad som kan leda till city eller naturen och forsarna. Det är även gångavstånd till Bölesholmarna via Lundabron där det finns tillgång till badplats. Välkommen!
