The apartment is close to the city center, 8-10 minutes by tram. Tram 5 goes directly to Liseberg, Universeum, Svenska Mässan Exhibition Center, Avenyn, Nordstan. The apartment is located with Delsjön's nature reserve just around the corner, with swimming areas as well as hiking and biking trails. There are several cozy restaurants and smaller shops near the apartment, within walking distance. Ica Kvantum a few minutes away by car, about 2 km. Kvarterskrogen Intill, Kvarterskrogen Oizo, Ölstugan Tullen Luxury Sushi, Pizza, Thai and more within walking distance.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Smart lock with code for open/close It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the Swedish Fair, Scandinavium or Liseberg. To Liseberg it is exactly 1000 meters walking path.

Welcome up to the sixth floor, and warmly welcome into a square-smart home with a completely unique design and shared roof terrace. In Gothenburg, Tredje Långgatan is known for its lively cultural, shopping, bar, and restaurant life. Here you also have proximity to nature in the Castle Forest and the Botanical Garden. By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. Beautiful apartment in funkis-villa in cozy Kålltorp

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende med bekvämt avstånd till Göteborg city. Här kan 3-4 personer njuta av ”hemma”-känslan. Our apartment is called Pendo Amani, meaning Love and Peace, in Swahili. Pendo Amani is also a youth organization in Juja, Kenya, where there is a school called Ingemar Ericsson Learning Centre, named after Cecilia’s uncle. A part of the money our guests pay, goes to this important project, since our first guests in the apartment were friends from Kenya.

En egen lägenhetsvåning i ett hus i hjärtat av idylliska Kålltorp. Spårvagnar och bussar finns 300 meter från boendet som tar dig till centralaste Göteborg på 10-15 minuter (Ullevi, Liseberg, Centralstation, Avenyn etc). Mycket fridfullt men ändå centralt område. Det är fri parkering på gatorna utanför huset. Man har självständig tillgång till lägenheten som är på våning 2 av huset och lägenheten är på hela 75 kvm. Lägenheten är mycket ljus och är i mycket bra skick. Se bilder.
