We are a short walk from the Reggia di Venaria. The apartment is composed as follows: living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen, amenities and bedroom with walk-in closet. It is full of every comfort: 2 TVs, fast Wi-Fi network, dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Being in the heart of downtown, we are in the ZTL area. Perfect for a cultural stay, a visit to the Mandria Park or Allianz Stadium. Payment of the tourist tax is required on site.

The apartment is in a private courtyard with a completely independent entrance. It has a living room with fireplace, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom (about 70 square meters). It is located in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes by tram from the center and well connected to the soccer stadiums by public transport. Nearby there is a very special local market of typical products, open every day until Saturday, and many other shops and supermarkets. Free parking in the area.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

In an interesting street of the characteristic Rossini district, a 10-minute walk from the historic center, you will find a young and functional apartment. The neighborhood comes alive on weekends and summer evenings thanks to nice clubs. They represent a pleasant opportunity for recreation, but they could create disturbance for people particularly sensitive to city noises. Parking is free and unlimited under the house.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building with a beautiful internal courtyard, easily accessible from the main train stations by bus and taxi. There are all kinds of services in the neighborhood, from the supermarket (in front of the loft) to numerous restaurants and clubs.
