During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Walk to Lake Tegernsee... This stylish 90 m² place is perfect for 2-4 people. The large 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor is freshly renovated. The large balcony with magnificent mountain views invites you to relax. Separate sleeping is possible through the 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in the 1st bedroom, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom). Living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully and generously furnished.

We offer a newly renovated, tastefully furnished guest apartment for 2 people, in our house in Schliersee/Neuhaus. A living/bedroom, kitchenette, dining area and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. As well as a south/east balcony with loggia overlooking the Breitenstein and Brecherspitz.
