Nice 80qm flat at the ground floor, completely new built in 2018, with Sauna, backyard, fire place, bathroom with bathtube and big shower and completely equipped Kitchen. Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Bright, fully furnished attic apartment renovated in 2019 with magnificent views in a 3-family house. Quietly located without transit traffic and yet centrally located. The S-Bahn takes 5 minutes to Bad Homburg, 30 minutes to Frankfurt/M., and about 50 minutes (with a change at the main train station) and is a 3-minute walk away. The owner and his parents live in the house. After consultation, a washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Free parking for 1 car.
