A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

A comfortable living area features a modern leather couch beside a small coffee table. A work desk and chairs are positioned along one wall. Large glass doors lead to a balcony, framed by light curtains. A mounted TV is visible above the desk.

Feel good in this great apartment "Gustav"

The Apartmenthaus Rottalblick is located directly next to the Bad Griesbach wellness spa. This can be easily reached from the apartment via a bathrobe access. There are also several golf courses and the largest golf resort in Europe in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is characterized by its bright, quiet style which is underlined with small amenities such as the new coffee machine and a cozy couch. Come and see for yourself! :)

Living location at the end of a dead end road. In the garden you will find loungers and hanging chairs and relax. The living room with the large window offers a direct view into the garden. The kitchen has been newly installed in 2023. The bathroom has direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is modern and elegant, has a shower & bathtub - the toilet is separate. The "Waldwunderweg" begins only a few hundred meters from here.

A comfortable sleeping area is presented with a spacious bed dressed in white linens. Soft gray towels are neatly arranged on the bed. A bedside table and a lamp illuminate the space, while a chair and window with sheer curtains complete the cozy atmosphere.
