Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

High above the valley, located above a mountain road, you can reach the historic house Oberlandtal. Surrounded by wide mountain meadows on which mountain sheep graze relaxed. A fantastic view of the Watzmann and Hochkalter will make you forget the time from the start. The cozy attic apartment with a south-facing balcony has been lovingly furnished.
