'Ebitzle'- a city apartment in the green!

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Stay at the Altenburg/Cannstatt

The rooms are located in a terraced house on the Altenburg in Bad Cannstatt. That's where my husband and I live. You reach the accommodation via a shared staircase, but have your private area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. High ceilings with a view of the beams give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. From here you can see the TV tower and reach both the city center and Bad Cannstatt in less than 15 minutes. Wilhelma, the stadium and the Mercedes Museum are easily accessible.

Very central, quiet and a bit CRAZY.

Since 2003, I have been renting out my small, beautiful apartments and have had the pleasure of hosting many guests with different professions and countries of origin. Very suitable for business travelers. VVS (tram) right outside the front door. A backyard garden maintained by me provides a respite. In our beautifully situated 2-family house, we offer 2 rooms with bathroom, small kitchen, dining table in the former dental laboratory. The apartment is only a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest tram stop (Züricherstrasse). The Wasen site (folk festival) and the city center can be easily reached by train and taxi in less than 20 minutes. Shops, pharmacy, post office & restaurant, 20 minutes walk (Naststrasse, Römerkastell). Our guest area is not suitable for children

Beautiful 2-room apartment centrally located with balcony. Nearest tram only 2 min walk, nearest S-Bahn only 7 min walk. Centrally yet quietly located between the main train station and Nordbahnhof. There are several grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. An underground parking space is included. The apartment has a double bed 140x200 cm, a large sofa (not extendable), a dining table for 4 people, a large TV, bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located space. A short walk to Ostendplatz and relatively close to the main train station. Stuttgart 21. Ideal for exploring the city. The apartment was refurbished. Correspondingly new and modern is the furnishing. Electric shutters, underfloor heating in the bathroom, induction hob, … There is a 140x200 bed and a sofa bed with the same dimensions. Rather suitable for 2 people and even cuddly with 4 people.

Ingrid's nest with distant views

"There is no bird so small, it wants to have its nest." I offer a small, lovingly furnished and very well-maintained apartment on the outskirts of Stuttgart. It is on the 15th floor of a barrier-free high-rise building. The main station is only 20 minutes away by train (U7). Shopping nearby. On Fridays, the vegetable cart comes around 1:00 pm and offers fresh fruit and vegetables from its own cultivation. It is in the parking lot behind the house.

Fellbach city centre flat

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Fantastic location very close to the city centre in a quiet street. All amenities of the daily life are within a 5 minutes walk. Good train and bus connections close by. The town hall, conference centre and the music school are next to it.
