Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4Seitenhof. Das Appartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Eine Gartennutzung ist möglich. Besuchen Sie auch die neugierigen Alpaka im Nachbarort (Zusatzkosten).

Wohnung Chiara im Spargeldorf Schäpe

Ihr sucht Ruhe und Erholung auf dem Land und möchtet trotzdem in 35 min am Kurfürstendamm in Berlin oder in 20 min in Potsdam sein? Dann seid ihr in unserer neuen Ferienwohnung in Schäpe genau richtig. Das kleine Dorf hat keinen Durchfahrtsverkehr. Die Gegend lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein oder ihr genießt die Ruhe auf der großen Terrasse mit einer Tasse Kaffee oder einem Glas Wein. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Hier leben viele Tiere wie Pferde, Katzen und Hühner

Gästewohnung im alten Stall

Diese frisch und nur mit ökologischen Baustoffen sanierte Gästewohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss des alten Stalles. Auf unserem Vierseithof mit kleiner Landwirtschaft (Kräuteranbau) lädt ein zum entspannen und auftanken. Die geräumige Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick in den Obstgarten, Richtung Eselweide, Kräuterfelder und in 80m auf den Wald. Hier im Fläming kann man sofort loswandern, Radfahren oder die Umgebung mit den historischen Altstädten von Treuenbrietzen oder Bad Belzig erkunden.

Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.

Das Einfamilienhaus in der Kleinstadt Annaburg liegt nur wenige Meter von der Annaburger Heide entfernt. Es verfügt im OG über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV und Schreibtisch, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett und Schlafcouch für eine .Person und ein kleines Bad mit WC und Waschbecken. Unsere Altbau - Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und wurde neu renoviert. Sie ist geräumig und verfügt über 100m². Es können in ihr bis zu 8 Personen eine wunderschöne Zeit verbringen. Die Lage ist zentral. Man findet in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Bahnhof, Busverbindung, Schwimmbad und diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
