Well furnished and comfortable, it is spread over 2 levels and boasts 3 bathrooms, 3 sea view bedrooms and a large living room with adjoining kitchen overlooking the sea. You will find linen, bathroom set, hairdryer, towels… It is a 5-minute walk from the thermal park Poseidon Gardens and a 15-minute walk from the center of Forio. Private path to the beach

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active
