Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Huset består vidare av ett trevligt vardagsrum med TV och supersnabbt Wifi, 1 sovrum med två bäddar, även tillgång till extrabädd finns i form av en skön sov madrass att lägga på golvet. Toalett med dusch som även inrymmer en kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sköna fullstora sängar 80x200cm samt en extrasäng resårmadrass 80x200cm, med bäddmadrass.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Close to nature next to Umeå's large nature reserve. Car parking directly outside, possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)

A fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom inc washing-machine, and parking next to the house. Wonderful nature trails and fantastic scenery with the Ume river valley a short walk from the house. This is the perfect spot for those who wants to combine nature and city life experience. Towels and sheets are provided. Two bicycles are available for our guests.
