Small guest house with lake view

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Suitable for those who want to stay overnight for a night or two instead of booking a hotel room. Located 4 minutes from the E4 and ten minutes from Umeå city center. 7 minutes to a big shopping mall. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per set during your stay. If so, just let us know in the booking. Payment is made after check-out via the Airbnb app. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but access to a coffee machine, electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also accommodates a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

Smaller cabin only 15 meters to the river! Great Sun location! Full equipped kitchen. Shower, toilet and washing/drying machine. 48" TV with chromecast. 160 single size bed. 140 sofa bed. Wood-fired sauna & hot tub are available, SEK 750/4h hot tub, SEK 750/4h sauna. Bed linens/towel rent SEK 150 per person. Quiet, pleasant area only minutes walk from central station and city center. Close to NUS and university. Best suited for 1-2 guests but serves as an overnight stay for 3 people. Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Close to nature next to Umeå's large nature reserve. Car parking directly outside, possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)

Located in a traditional Swedish country-side setting 8 km from Umeå city centre is this modern non-smoking cabin. A fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom inc washing-machine, and parking next to the house. Wonderful nature trails and fantastic scenery with the Ume river valley a short walk from the house. This is the perfect spot for those who wants to combine nature and city life experience. Towels and sheets are provided. Two bicycles are available for our guests.

Huset består utav ett vardagsrum möblerat med soffa och TV. Kök utrustat med diskmaskin, brödrost samt kyl och frys. Sovrum med garderobsvägg och dubbelsäng. Rymligt loft med plats för extra sovplatser, samt Tv-hörna. Utöver det finns även tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och nödvändigheter såsom kaffepress och brödrost.

Centrally located cozy room near the river!

A centrally located room with a private entrance and toilet. In the apartment there is a 140cm wide bed. A spacious closet, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome!
