Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. House in a dreamlike mountain setting

In direkter Nähe zum Skigebiet Rangger Köpfel (ca. 3min entfernt). In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Innsbruck (ca. 15min). Idyllisch gelegen in ruhiger Lage mit traumhafter Bergkulisse. Perfekt für Familien, Pärchen und als Arbeitsplatz geeignet. Optimal ist die Unterkunft für 4 Personen geeignet. Es gibt zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch für weitere 2 Personen. Alle Betten sind Doppelbetten. Für Babys gibt es ein eigenes Kinderbett. Es gibt einen schönen Kinderspielplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Maria Apartment

Spend cozy relaxing days in my centrally located accommodation. The small but nice apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house with its own bathroom and house entrance. Whether it's a skiing vacation, hiking or sightseeing, everything is possible. Ski lift or summer lift is about 20 minutes away on foot. Also a visit to Innsbruck, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, nothing stands in the way. Supermarket and restaurant are about a 10-minute walk away.

May chalet - Das Barbara

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Silence

The stylishly decorated Accommodation is for 2 people and appeals to those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. In winter, the ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be reached easily by ski bus or in 15 minutes by car. In summer, the area is popular with mountain lovers for short to long hikes. Innsbruck is 20 minutes away by car, but also easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop "Axams Apotheke/M-Preis" 12 min. away. Parking available on request.
