A 200 years old, two floor house. There is a stone wall living room downstairs. 2 double bedroom and one single bedroom is situated on the second floor along with bathroom and a hall way. The house is looking to the famous Şirince village from like a tophill and yet all the amenities of the village is in short walk distance. U r entering the house through a garden. U can as well enjoy the serenity of our garden and benefit our mostly home made beverages that we serve at our cafe

A unique place where you can integrate with nature away from the stress of the city.

The 2+1 apartment has a double bed, a single bed and a folding armchair base. 4 people can stay. The city center and the marina are 5 minutes walking distance and the city buses pass in front of it. There is a kitchen and utensils in the room, a hair dryer, a laundry hook, air conditioning, kettle, small screen led tv, wardrobe, wi-fi. There is a common washing machine on the floor.
