Entire apartment for exclusive use and equipped. We are in the municipality of Champdepraz at 520 meters above sea level in the lower Valley. Excellent base and convenient starting point for those who want to explore the entire region, ideal for hikers, skiers, climbers and mountain lovers. In the winter, there is a pellet stove and a gas boiler in the bathroom. Not suitable for children 0-12. Tourist tax included in the costs. Despite located in the building basement, it is bright. From the large window you can have sMatterhorn view. Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. It is central and very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga).Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.

In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence.
