The apartment of 28m2 is entirely renovated. It has a double bedroom (140/200) with storing space. The living room has a confortable sofa (that can convert into a sleeping twin bed), a TV, an internet WIFI. The kitchen is equipped of one microwave, of a dishwasher, refrigerator, sticks vitreous ceramic and electric hob. The bedlinen and towels are included for the winter (for stays of more than 3 nights and 10€/person for summer and shorts stays). Bike aren't accepted in the apartment.

In the Avoriaz resort, 100% pedestrian in winter and summer. Resort open from December 15, 2023 to April 21, 2024 Ideally located in the quiet Ruches district, the studio is in the center of Avoriaz, less than 5 minutes from restaurants, a convenience store, the children's ESF village, the sledding run, and Aquariaz.

A 5-minute walk from the center of the resort and its many shops, you are at the foot of the slopes, close to bars, restaurants and ski lifts. The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Our chalet is situated in a quiet area (private way) with a panoramic view on the mountains.We are 2km from the center and the lifts but 2 free buses are 3 minutes walk from home.
