Exceptional view of a valley planted with olive trees and cypresses. Very nice roof terrace to admire the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the hills. The house includes a beautiful living room, a bright fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with their own bathroom. Two terraces for the morning and evening.

In the small port of Avlemonas, visitors can enjoy their coffee, ice cream, food, drink, shopping from mini markets in the wonderful shops of Avlemonas. Also, the small port is ideal for children as cars are prohibited in the afternoon.

The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.
