Thick walls hold the cool of morning through the heat of day, a double bed fills the main room with quiet purpose, and the terrace frames a view of olive groves rolling down to sea. Kitchenette, AC, reliable Wi‑Fi, pristine bathroom—all present but never intrusive. For couples or solo travellers who feel at home in something solid and slightly ancient.

Beautiful secluded architectural house, 15-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Absolute tranquility in unspoiled nature. Exceptional view of a valley planted with olive trees and cypresses. Very nice roof terrace to admire the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the hills. The house includes a beautiful living room, a bright fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with their own bathroom. Two terraces for the morning and evening.

The house is in the center of beautiful Avlemonas with a wonderful view of the harbor, accommodates up to 5 people, has direct access to the sea of Avlemonas which is right in front and in 5 minutes to the beach of Paleopolis. In the small port of Avlemonas, visitors can enjoy their coffee, ice cream, food, drink, shopping from mini markets in the wonderful shops of Avlemonas. Also, the small port is ideal for children as cars are prohibited in the afternoon.

Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.
