A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Minimum one adult 27 years old. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.) In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute).

Above Locarno in a beautiful garden, very quiet. From public parking/bus stop about 120 m. Parking house 50 steps. Pergola and garden seating, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi. Kitchen, shower, toilet. Wonderful views of Locarno and Ascona! Parking is subject to a fee, from 7 am to 7 pm, cost: 1 hour CHF 0.80, Sundays & holidays free. Longer stays are also possible. Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.

Casa Cecilia, a house of the late 1800s, full of happiness to share. We renovated it with great care while maintaining an authentic and welcoming ambience. The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

We rent a studio in an old, stylish Ticino house with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore 10 minutes from Locarno. The studio has a separate entrance, a private bathroom and small kitchen, as well as a private terrace. The covered balcony with the great view can be shared and invites you in summer as well as in winter, day and night.

A spacious living area features a comfortable sofa adorned with cushions, complemented by a small coffee table. Natural light filters through sheer white curtains, illuminating the wooden dining table set for six in the background. Decorative artwork is displayed on the walls.
