Prime location 3 bdrm 4 bath on the first block to the beach steps to Main Street and the beach and a peak of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. Catalina Island known as the Island of Romance is the perfect choice for visitors looking to escape and experience the warmth of a small-town in a fun Island destination. My Avalon home is a wonderful warm and sunny cottage just 2 blocks from the beach, shops, boating, and other entertainment. It is located on "the flats" in the center of town for an easy walk to all destinations. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

A spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a modern waterbed, featuring tropical-themed bedding. Comfortable seating is provided by two striped chairs. A ceiling fan enhances airflow, and a flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall. An en-suite bathroom and laundry area are visible.

All rooms are equipped with a king size beds with linens and pillows except for the master bedroom it has a lush cal king size bed. Three of the four rooms are equipped with attached full size bathrooms all newly remodeled fully equipped with essentials with a half bath down stairs near the family rooms and fully stocked kitchen.
