Glazed, quiet area, close to all shops, the castle and the train station. Very nice 55 m2 apartment bathed in sunlight thanks to its location (3rd floor without elevator), renovated and tastefully decorated. Very well equipped accommodation, composed of an entrance with closet, bathroom, toilet, bedroom, a dressing room and a kitchen open to the living room and living room. Linens and bedding provided. Vitré, in addition to its cultural heritage is 30 minutes from Rennes and ~1 hour from St Malo.

Quiet cottage in a peaceful place with large parking. Ground floor: main room with kitchen, dining area and living room. 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Unenclosed exterior with terrace and animal views. Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

Beautiful studio, freshly renovated, close to the park and downtown with🥩 butcher shop, 🥐bakery,🍽 restaurant, bar,☕️ tobacco shop. The memory foam sofa bed and sofa is easy to use and offers a comfortable bed. The studio has a 25 m2 🍸private terrace. If you are looking for beautiful hikes or cycling, it is perfect for nature lovers (🚲secure box). Located not far from Rennes and only 1 hour 15 minutes from the Breton coast⛵️🌊
