Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. With family, friends, professional stay, we thought of the workshop as if it were for us. Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will only have to enjoy this peaceful retreat. The historic center is a 12-minute walk away. Forget your car by parking it in our street where parking is free! Museums, market, Carousel swimming pool, Colombière park, restaurants... everyone will find something to their liking! I'll be happy to hear from you, don't hesitate.

De mai à septembre, au 2° étage de cette demeure du XVII°, au cœur du quartier historique, vous séjournerez au calme, dans un environnement d'exception (70m2). Selon vos désirs (tourisme, sport, gastronomie, travail, etc...) nous vous renseignerons pour réaliser vos projets. Repas à l'intérieur ou en descendant sur la terrasse qui surplombe le canal. Accueil en gare de Dole ou à l'aéroport de Dole : sur demande. NB : Ne convient pas aux enfants en bas âge (cf : descriptif)

La Gouille, 20 min walk to old Dole, quiet

La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.

Original apartment located in one of the wings of an 18th century mansion in the city center. Accessible by a spiral staircase, 2nd floor very bright. One bedroom and one sofa bed in the main room. Small equipped kitchen allowing you to be completely independent. Large free public parking next to the apartment. Dole city center is a 2-minute walk away. Bright accommodation, strictly non-smoking. A bike storage room is available to allow you to stop safely.

Ideally located between Dole/Vesoul, Gray/Besançon and Dijon, this quiet studio overlooking wooded grounds in a small typical village of Haute-Saone will bring you rest and tranquility. It consists of a large living room including kitchen, dining area and a large bed. A second adjoining room leads to the bathroom. you can enjoy the outside with its picnic table, 2-seater deckchair, ... 2 additional beds are available depending on the reservation.
