Nice townhouse refurbished and fully equipped (fenced garden with terrace, garage, parking). Guests can enjoy a SPA area in the accommodation. The fiber optic wifi connection will allow you to telecommute. Ideally located 5 minutes from Auxerre and 1.5 hours from Paris, you will discover the region: the vineyards of Chablis, Irancy, Vezelay, Morvan, Guédelon, the lakes... The village has a bakery, pizzeria, inn. Beautiful hikes (bike/motorcycle) possible.

Welcome to my wooden house... Warm and comfortable, you can stay there for a weekend, a few days to visit this beautiful region or simply for professional reasons... The house consists of a bedroom with a 160 bed (no sleeping on the sofa), a living room with equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Another wooden construction is on the same property but the garden and parking are not to be shared. Everyone has their place 😊
