IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

L'appartamento si trova su una collina all'ingresso di Gaeta, dal suo grande terrazzo panoramico si può vedere tutto il golfo fino al Vesuvio e all'isola d'Ischia. Lontano dai rumori della città e della movida. Un ampio giardino con pini marittimi completa il parco del complesso residenziale.
