Alpe d'Huez Houses offers you this 65m2 with 2 bedrooms of good size with a spacious bathroom, a living room under the slope with a very nice height and a mountain view due South in Vieil Alpe and its roofs but clear. The apartment accommodates 4 people very comfortably, has a parking space in a garage box in a closed garage, and a ski room on the ground floor. We particularly like Chez Emma, ??because it gives the impression of being in a small independent chalet. To discover!

Private parking in front of the building. Ski cupboard. At the foot of the connecting slope to the Petite Aiguille and Vallée Blanche chairlifts.

Free underground parking allows you to park your vehicle. Great for families or friends. Very practical! and above all exclusive!
