Just a 5-minute walk to downtown, the apartment located on the 1st floor is bright and quiet, with secure access, via a courtyard with balcony. The apartment is 70 m2 and has a very nice living room with fully equipped open kitchen, balcony, 4K HD TV (Bein, Canal+, etc.), washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine. Have a pleasant stay at this peaceful place very close to downtown Aurillac. 30 m2 studio on the 3rd floor, with elevator and perfectly arranged. Adjustable TV view from living room or kitchen. New sofa bed with 30 cm thick memory foam bed. Kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, grill and dishwasher. Blinds. Very bright glass loggia with very nice view.
