Spacious holiday home at the seafront.

Kvammen, 30 min drive from Sandstad. 25 min to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that has been upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is 100 m from the sea, short distance to fishing waters and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wi-Fi.

We rent out our childhood home when we are not using it ourselves. The house is at the end of the road and does not have passing traffic. Here you can lower your shoulders and enjoy the island life, whether you want to relax, fish, hike or enjoy yourself with friends. It is a short way down to the sea and good sun conditions. When the sun is out, it's warm on the covered porch. There is good bus space both on the property and in around. Supplement for normal cleaning 1400,-. Reduced cleaning fee for 2/few guests on weekend. Get in touch

Welcome to our great and well-equipped house on the coast of Central Norway This idyllic property is perfect for up to eight guests who want to relax in a quiet and rural setting. Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails nearby is one coastal fort from World War II which has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas as well as a small zipline for children and youth. Lesund is located in the middle between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

We rent out an apartment ( 60m2) in our own house with space for 2-4 people. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed. We have many animals on the farm: rabbits, goats, hens, wool pigs, which make the stay even more pleasant, especially for families with children. Outside there is a terrace with furniture and barbecue area. Parking space right by the entrance. TV in the apartment has German programs otherwise can also be connected to the internet.

The house is located on its own plot with garage, parking spaces, several patios and here you get the most beautiful sunsets. Great opportunities for paddling from the barn below the house. Lovely sea and mountain views Peaceful, swimming areas, nice base for trips on Nordmøre, mountains and fjords. There is no boat on site. Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (about 2 hours). Grocery and small local mall approx. 20 min drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Support Point" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to the fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well arranged for families with children as there are made off-road trails, zip line etc. Plenty of opportunities!
