Stylish Guesthouse in Historic Building near Audubon Park

The interior design and furnishing is modern, but accent walls and other features are constructed of original materials. The guest house has a full kitchen and includes a Keurig coffee maker with pods. The living room has a 55 inch TV and the bedroom has a 32 inch TV. The queen sized bed is a 12 inch memory foam mattress - very comfortable. The Guest House has central air and heat. The bathroom has a lovely glass tile shower. Ceiling height peaks at 13 feet. The Guest House is located in rear of the property. The neighborhood is very safe and the Guest House is particularly safe and secure. I live in the main house and will be available to assist with guest needs. The guesthouse is tucked away behind a gorgeous "shotgun" house and is located in one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods. An urban walker's paradise, it's steps from Magazine Street with its great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The Magazine Street bus is accessible steps from the Guest House. The St. Charles Street car line is a 10 minute walk down State Street. The neighborhood is quite walkable and bike friendly. Please take a look at my house manual. It has many tips for navigating the house and the neighborhood. There is plenty of free parking on the street but no off-street parking.

Audubon Park Guest House

Updated 2/2022: CABLE TV and CENTRAL AC/HEAT. A one studio apartment with a queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. The property is located on Audubon Park at Prytania St and is the most tranquil place to stay in the city. Please let us know if you have any questions! Prytania St is halfway between St Charles (streetcar) and Magazine St (bus). Plenty of off street parking nearby Please know I have 2 young children who are sometimes in the backyard! we are always respectful and I haven’t had complaints, I just want people to be aware that You may see a little person when coming and going.

Our home is close to Magazine St,. and 2 grocery stores. We are less than a mile from Tulane & Loyola Univs, and Audubon Park & Zoo. Our neighborhood has tree lined streets, Victorian architecture and is a great place for couples, business travelers, and families with kids. Quiet Uptown location near Audubon Park, with easy access to the streetcar and bus — a peaceful home base after concerts and downtown events. We can only reserve 9 months out. Located in University area, apartment on the second floor (not handicap accessible). 2000 sq ft, 3 br, 2 bath, private balconies, new kitchen. The world's oldest continuously operating streetcar line, which takes you directly into the French Quarter, is mere steps away. I live on the first floor.

Both bedrooms in this traditional New Orleans shotgun home are fully separated by a hallway and doors for privacy. We are steps from Magazine St and one block from Whole Foods, shopping, cafes and restaurants. In addition, we are approximately one mile from Audubon Park and Tulane.

Uptown with a private entrance. Nola charm with a modern twist. Lovely artwork by local artists greet you upon entering. Updated eat in kitchen. The Queen bedroom and bath are upstairs. Washer, dryer, hair dryer and free wifi come with this amazing space. You will love staying here! This AirBNB is a 2 person rental however it is not child friendly.
