The property is located on Audubon Park at Prytania St and is the most tranquil place to stay in the city. Please let us know if you have any questions! Prytania St is halfway between St Charles (streetcar) and Magazine St (bus). Plenty of off street parking nearby Please know I have 2 young children who are sometimes in the backyard! we are always respectful and I haven’t had complaints, I just want people to be aware that You may see a little person when coming and going.

Our neighborhood has tree lined streets, Victorian architecture and is a great place for couples, business travelers, and families with kids.
