Ideal starting point for visiting the castles of Angers, Brissac, Saumur, Montreuil-Bellay, Brézé, Montsoreau and many others... discovery of small or large cellars at the gates of our small village, Terra Botanica, the Maulévrier Oriental Park, the large Puy du Fou Park, the troglodytes... and the list remains non-exhaustive, come and taste the sweetness of Angevine...

Cottage for 5 people in an old restored stable with garden, fully private terrace overlooking a 70 m2 swimming pool (shared with the owner who lives on site - open from May 15 to September 15). A sober and practical decoration to make the stay comfortable between swimming and reading ( large library) 30 minutes from Angers, 40 minutes from Saumur, 40 minutes from Cholet 1 hour from Puy du Fou; 1 hour 30 minutes from the machines of Nantes

Cottage in the heart of the Anjou vineyard. Our character house is suitable for couples or families, it can accommodate 2 to 6 people (including children). The 3 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are upstairs. Pets are not allowed (small cat already on site!). Biodiversity present in this former farmhouse. Our house is attached to the cottage but we want to respect the tranquility of our guests and also expect reciprocity.

Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Closed until January for the creation of a group cottage and training place. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16th century watermill). You can enjoy the terrace by the river Hyrôme, go for a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.
