It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so if anything happens, we will take care of it right away. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station About 20 minutes on foot from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line It's a little inconvenient. There are few drive streets and you can stay quiet. This room has a good view. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place for life. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. We are currently trying to lead the life of a small farmer in a slightly inconvenient environment, and are continuing to improve the facilities. Regarding to accommodation fee; We charge 4,000 ¥ a night per adult from 2023. Example if you stay with your 2 friends, You pay 4,000 ¥x 3=12,000¥. and free of charge for infant under 2 years old. ( We apply 3,000 yen for one adult who already booked ) Due to increase of costs additional charge: for breakfast is 500¥ per person and 1,500¥ for dinner per @erson. This meal charge is accepted only cash payment. Room is open space and two beds in 1st floor and 6 in 2nd floor.
