The apartment has been fully renovated in 2024 and is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Towels, Bed Linen and Tea towels are included The property is not accessible for people with reduced mobility The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath tub)

A quiet individual home

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples. It is close to the city center on foot, close to the lake on foot 1.3 km close to shops, close to the Bagnole de l'Orne terminal cure 7 km. Quiet accommodation, very well insulated, on the ground floor, small terrace lined with rose bushes. Minimum bed linen is provided: pillowcases, fitted sheet and mattress. If you wish, missing bed and bath linen for 15 euros.

Enjoy a detached house with parking space in front of the house, bright, quiet and refurbished. Toilet separate from the bathroom. Close to all shops (bakeries, butchers, buralists, grocery stores ...), bus station and SNCF. Very well equipped accommodation. Flexible hours only upon request except Sundays. Refund requests for cancellations outside of the terms are no longer negotiable.
