Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Crickets and cherry trees set the stage for this cozy space where you can also use a wood-burning stove. This is the place to have unobstructed space to enjoy in a quiet summerhouse area. Only 3 minutes walk to swimming beach. 10 minutes walk to Faldsled Harbour and tavern. The house has 3 rooms and a living room/kitchen and bathroom. Walk from the kitchen or living room onto the wooden terrace, where you can enjoy views of Fallsled Harbor. Toilet and bathroom available. Your dog is very welcome, but must be leashed when enjoying a walk.

The house is situated right next to the waters of Helnæs Bay. There is a lively birdslife and good opportunities for fishing. Der er direkte adgang til vandet og mulighed for isætning af mindre både. Føns is the place where there have always been people

Log house! saw a real cottage/summer house, where it exudes grandma coziness! No TV , but lots of books and games. (there's good 4G connection). It is cozy when the stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach., as well as a small bathing jetty where you can just grab a morning dip. If you are fishing, you go out and catch plaice or other fish species.

The cottage was renovated in 2020. Contains 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The upper floor contains bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and Lillebælt. The lower floor contains 2 rooms, bathroom and hallway. Both rooms have direct access. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is security door from the living room. Large south-west facing terrace. Cool walkway to the west and north. 200 m above Feddet to good beach.
