The house is located on an island without a land connection, a boat for crossing is included in the rental price (metal boat with easy-to-handle electric motor and oars). Boat dock and parking space are located at Aspvik's jetty, about 300 meters by water from the house.

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. Wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows & outdoor shower available on the dock Open the windows & sit down in the beautiful Lounge Chairs and just enjoy the view of the water. Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.

Welcome to our peaceful summer cottage 300m to the jetty where you can swim and sunbathe, walking distance to beaches and only 30 minutes by train from Bro C to Stockholm C. Nearby, there is a golf course, castles, and a large shopping area only 4 minutes by car. The cottage has two bedrooms with 160-cm double beds, a dining room, a living room without TV, a toilet, a shower and a washing machine located in a separate cottage accessed by stairs.
