This practical and inviting cabin is located at the highest point on the mountain, with fantastic panoramic views, plenty of sun all day, unparalleled location and a short distance to both ski slopes and alpine facilities. The cabin has: 5 bedrooms with beds for 10 people 2 toilets + 1 bathroom with shower and sauna. Cozy outdoor area with outdoor furniture and fire pit EV charger. 1 sack of firewood included per booking, more firewood can be purchased at the cabin (100,- per sack). Electricity up to NOK 50 included per day.

This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 m from the cabin and carried into the cabin. In the cabin there is an internal pumping system that makes that there is water in the tap in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as in the shower. There is a lot of baby equipment available at the cottage such as high chair, cot, pulk, skateboard and lots of games inside. Approx. 4 km to the alpine ski center and grocery store. Hiking trail with gapahuk just below the cabin. Large terrace, sun all day. Space for two cars just at the entrance. Remember to wash out by rent. No shoes inside.

Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lower level, towards the water. The modern first floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, electric fireplace, washing machine and tumble dryer. Underfloor heating in all rooms, except for the bedrooms. Parking space right by the house. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Tenants are responsible for the final cleaning prior to departure. Electricity NOK 3 per kWh.

The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming facilities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.
