Casa das Regueiras is a charming house located in the heart of the Camino de Santiago. It is also a family home in which many generations of my family have lived. A comfortable house, full of natural light, warm and cozy, which in winter smells of burnt firewood and wet grass, and in summer of dry earth. Its location is unbeatable, as it is located in a village 10 minutes by car from Santiago and 5 minutes from Rosalía de Castro airport, with an urban bus stop a few meters away.

It is currently renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen/living room, and a terrace where you can enjoy great tranquility. It is located in a very quiet and central area. It is suitable for tourists, travelers, and pilgrims. The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms with their bathrooms. From this floor you can access the terrace and the large garden where the private pool and jacuzzi are located.
