Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Dear guests, Alex or I will welcome you personally and show you the 2-room- The sun runs around the whole house, which makes the apartment very bright and friendly. Due to the age of the house, the apartment is furnished in a bright vintage style. You can look out at the mountains from every window. The apartment is located in a cozy old building from 1914 on the second floor in the center of Amden. Chairlift, hiking trails, indoor pool, ski school and beautiful nature are at your doorstep.

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. This apartment was renovated in summer 2019. It is a cozy apartment for 2 - 4 people. It is well connected to public transportation. In just 13 minutes, you can take the PostBus to the nearest ski resort. Beautiful hikes can be made from the front door. Starting from a booking of one night, you will receive the Toggenburger guest card with which you can benefit from many discounts. You can travel for free in Obertoggenburg by public transport.
