A relaxing cottage directly by the sea designed and built by Florencio Pérez who worked closely with César Manrique. New to Airbnb, this escape from the everyday has been in the family since it was built in the early 60s and contains works by local family artist MargaMod. With waves rolling by outside the front door and views of La Graciosa, Montaña Clara and Alegranza, this perfectly situated cottage is a place to relax and reconnect with nature - wonderful for writers and inspiration-seekers.

Casa del Charco 2.0 & Casa del Charco 2.1 are located in a privileged place, in the best place in Arrecife and one of the best on the island, in the mythical and spectacular Charco de San Ginés, which is an open sea entrance to an area that has formed a " "inland" natural saltwater lake, with ebbs and flows of the tide, where the fishing boats of the local people rest. The penthouse ‘Atico Atlantico’ is exclusive and located just in front of the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy fantastic seaviews from your bed when you wake up and open the blinds or watch the beach while having breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun. The apartment has a private, 130 m2 sun terrace on top of the building. A private parking space is available in the basement of the building. Bus station at two minutes walk.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
