It is composed of: - a living room with balcony, sofa bed and dining area, - a separate bedroom with a 140 double bed, - a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, - a bathroom with shower and toilet. The building does not have an elevator. Only two people can fit on the balcony.

You can reach Île-aux-Moines quickly, the pier is a 5-min walk. The accommodation is new, and very well-equipped. A private entrance allows you to be completely independent, as well as for the terrace. A sea view is available from the Velux windows.
