Nice duplex in residence with communal swimming pool (07/01 to 8/31) Ground floor: 1 living room/living room/kitchen of 25 sqm, 1 toilet Floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with dressing room, the other with smart TV + 1 bathroom with double sink, bathtub and toilet. Ground floor garden with barbecue Small downside: a few TER that pass a day (15 seconds of disturbance each time) Breakfast included
