Die Wohnung thront gediegen über dem Dorf am Ende des "Eichhörnliwegs", einem beliebten Wanderweg in Arosa. Nebst einem direkten Zugang zu diversen Spazierwegen, ist ein Abstecher ins Dorf auch nur wenige Minuten bergab.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. The newly renovated studio is in a prime location in the heart of Arosa. Shopping facilities as well as the bus stop are just in front of the house. The accommodation is ideal for two persons. The apartment is also suitable for a small family with one to two children. The two freestanding sofa elements are converted into a large bed (240x200). There are no parking at the house. The best way to do is the "Brüggli" parking garage at the ski school.

Charming bijou in a charming chalet

Arrive, switch off, recharge - the extraordinary apartment on the sunny slope of Arosa is super cozy and has the ideal location for this. The friendly rooms with lots of wood and noble materials make the comfortably equipped apartment a highlight. The large windows offer an impressive view of the mountains and nature. The ski area Prätschli, with connection to the entire snow sports area Arosa/Lenzerheide, can be reached in a few minutes.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

It has one bedroom with a small sofa bed and a living room with another sofa bed. The open kitchen offers every comfort for culinary cooking. The bus stop, the supermarket, various bars and restaurants are right on the doorstep.
