Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Where Lake Maggiore yields its waters to the Ticino River, on the Piedmont bank in front of the Lombard one, is our home. Direct access to the river, private beach and garbage are its main features. Inside the Ticino Park, it is a starting point for discovering Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Valli d 'Ossola and Formazza.
