Carr Garth was built in the 1800's as a Chandlery. It supported a thriving boat building industry with boat builders such as Crossfields of Arnside who were leading builders of Morecambe Bay Prawners and yachts from the 1840s to 1950s. Set in an elevated position at the top of Pier Lane, Carr Garth has amazing views of the Morecambe Bay Estuary right up to The Lake District and further! Set over three floors there is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom and a family bathroom.

A beautiful 19th century stone cottage retaining many original features, yet contemporary and modern with all modern day conveniences, located in the heart of Arnside village. We are just above the shops on Arnside Prom - close to pubs, cafes, a chippie and shops. There are endless glorious walks on the doorstep, great wildlife and places to explore. With its quick access to Kendal and the South Lakes, Arnside is a hidden gem of a place.
