In summer, close to the beach and in winter, close to the ski slope. This idyllic wooden house is located between the small villages of Köla and Bålstad, located on the river Kölaälven. The Hugn and Ränken lakes are 200 meters away, where there is also a seaside resort with sandy beach. Cozy little cottage between Arvika and Charlottenberg. Close to Nysockensjön, about 200 meters to the beach. Quiet and peaceful location. 3 beds, one 180 cm wide double bed, 120 cm and one 90 cm wide bed. Spacious and stylish lakeside cottage

Our vacation home is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of nature on the lake. The tranquility invites you to relax to the fullest. It's big. We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."

Cozy cottage with alpaca and lake view!

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.

House on a secluded forest clearing, with rowboat

Typical Swedish house in a unique location on a secluded forest clearing. You can be all your own here! Go for a jog in the morning, then go down to the lake and bathe. Then take the rowing boat out to fish a perch that is fried over the fire in the evening, that's pure Sweden! The Internet has a speed of 300/300 Mbit! The speed is more than sufficient for home office. There's a TV with German programs.
