Pleasant cottage in Egenäs/Sillerud

Pleasant cottage in beautiful quiet surroundings. Proximity to the lake with good fishing and nice areas. Forest with berries and mushrooms and great opportunities to see forest animals. 15 km to the store and 30 km to the town Årjäng, 70 km to Karlstad. The cabin is well equipped with various kitchen facilities, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. One bedroom is in a smaller cabin on the property. There are bright and pleasant rooms and a nice bathroom. Approx. 150 m to a nice swimming area with a jetty and a small sandy beach, access to a canoe and the possibility to rent a motorboat.

A place to stay where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and the nice view. Good sea system for SUP or boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can fire the stove inside or light a fire at the barbecue area, which is undisturbed from other neighbors. For the greatest nature experience, you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the lush canals just around the corner. 10 minutes from the shopping center.

Huset är beläget på en 4000 kvm stor strandtomt med egen brygga. Roddbåt, kanot, eller mindre motorbåt kan hyras på plats. Nära till golf, fiske, bad, Dalslands kanal.

Bråtnäs is a small "village" in northwestern Dalsland with both permanent residents and summer guests. The house Slängom is a cozy family house close to the forest, fishing and swimming. The house has its own plot with a lawn, patio, and a small arbor. The area around the house is open and situated in a sunny location. The house has access to its own boat dock where you can fish and swim. At the dock, there are rowboats and canoes available for use from May to September.

A gorgeous, quiet and spacious place, just at the edge of a beautiful lake! Smôga is a unique holiday paradise at Årjäng in Värmland. The property, a tuna consisting of several houses at Västra Silen, is on a good three acres and has a 250 meter wide shoreline with saberg and fantastic views of the 3 mile long sea. The cabin is a wonderful place for inspiration and relaxation all year round while also being a good place to work/work from home.
