På badrocksavstånd från den kristallklara bad-och fiskesjön västra Silen bor du mycket bekvämt i ett modernt och nybyggt hus om 65 kvm plus en tillhörande gäststuga på 15 kvm. Sovrum 1, säng (Carpe Diem) på 180 och sovrum 2, våningssäng med 120/90. Runt hörnet ligger gäststugan som har wc och liten kokvrå (enbart kallvatten). Våningssäng med 120/90, en bäddbar kökssoffa och ett litet matbord. Tre minuter till en fantastisk badstrand.

Trivelig hytte i flotte rolige omgivelser. Nærhet til sjø med bra fiske og fine områder. Bær og svamprik skog med store muligheter for å se skogsdyr. 15 km til butikk og 30 km til byen Årjäng, 70 km til Karlstad. Hytta er velutrustet med div kjøkken fasiliteter, oppvaskmaskin, ovn og mikrobølgeovn. Et soverom er i mindre hytte på tomten. Det er lyse å trivelige rom og fint bad. ca 150 m til fin badeplass med brygger og liten sandstrand tilgang til kano og mulighet til å leie motorbåt.

Ett boende där du sköter dig helt själv och kan njuta av lugnet och den fina utsikten. Bra sjösystem för SUP el båt och utmärkta vandringmöjligheter i skogarna runtom. Fullt utrustad stuga där du kan elda i kaminen inne eller tända en brasa vid grillplatsen som ligger ostört från andra grannar. För största naturupplevelsen kan ni nyttja båten som ingår. Den eldrivna motorn gör att du kan glida fram ljudlöst genom de lummiga kanalerna precis runt hörnet. 10 min från shoppingcenter.

Huset är en och enhalvplan. Boyta ca 90 kvm. Bottenvåningen har badrum med dusch och WC, kök och vardagsrum med braskamin. Övervåningen har ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng samt en enkelsäng och ett mindre sovrum med två sängar. Altanen har söderläge med utsikt över sjön. På tomten finns grillplats med utemöbler. Huset är beläget på en 4000 kvm stor strandtomt med egen brygga. Roddbåt, kanot, eller mindre motorbåt kan hyras på plats. Nära till golf, fiske, bad, Dalslands kanal.

Cottage by the lake - with 16 beds

Nice cottage with 15+ beds, very close to a beautiful lake with a small pier and 3 small boats. Inside the main house we have sattelite-tv, DVD player, a very large stove and 2 separate bathrooms. Together with the guest house we have a total of 6 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large lawn with lots of garden furniture, as well as a nice pavilion. On the lawn you can play football or do other outdoor activities. You must remember to bring your own towels linens.

Cosy, well equipped cottage in the countryside

Welcome to our house on the countryside! The house is located in a cape, on a hill, with fields and coppice surrounding it. The house is fully equipped and has a high-speed wi-fi. Inside you can enjoy a sparkling fire, there are free firewood in a shed behind the house. Outside you can sit on the veranda or take a walk in the surroundings with deep woods and hiking paths. If you want to experience the lake you can borrow two canoes for free during your stay.

Old Swedish cottage

We're a family of 4 who live and work in Oslo, but we use the house ourselves all year round on holidays and during the weekends. Its a typical old Swedish cottage with good comfort, fireplaces, big garden, a greenhouse, pizza oven/grill. Ideal for families with nice nature and lakes around. The house lies by a local road, but the garden is shielded from the road and faces nature, windfarms and a little lake. Can all be seen on the pics!

Smôga - et ferieparadis i vannkanten!

A gorgeous, quiet and spacious place, just at the edge of a beautiful lake! Smôga er et unikt ferieparadis ved Årjäng i Värmland. Eiendommen, et tun bestående av flere hus ved Västra Silen, er på godt tre mål og har en 250 meter buktende strandlinje med svaberg og fantastisk utsikt utover den tre mil lange sjøen. Hytta er et herlig sted for inspirasjon og avslapning året rundt samtidig som det er et godt arbeidssted/hjemmekontor.
